Until you’ve enjoyed the sights, sounds and smells of a Friday night Rib Fest, you haven’t lived. At the World Food Championships, you’ll be under the glimmer of the Vegas lights tasting ribs from some of the best BBQ cooks and chefs in the entire world.
Championship pitmasters in the competition will be serving up award-winning ribs, perfect for bourbon pairings, while musical acts like Tony Marques, Out of the Desert and Jill and Julia will provide entertainment throughout the evening. Participants will be putting their taste buds to the test by helping pick the People’s Choice Winner from more than 50 pro teams.
Chewing is optional, but a handful of napkins will definitely be required.
